Official Announcement: Selection Strategy for the 21st Asian Roller Skating Championship and 64th National Championships.
Dear Members and Colleagues,
I hope this message finds you in high spirits.
*It is with immense pride and gratitude that We address you today. As we are all aware, our federation recently faced significant external adversities and negative forces aimed at disrupting our official government recognition and preventing the Indian contingent from participating in the World Skate Games. However, standing resilient against these anti-sport elements, the RSFI Secretariat—strengthened by your unwavering support and solidarity—has successfully overcome every obstacle. Together, we have proudly hoisted our federation’s flag and elevated the prestige of our sport on the global stage.* Building upon this monumental triumph, the Secretariat has engaged in extensive consultations with the Technical Committee, official coaches, and distinguished dignitaries to chart our next ambitious course. We have collectively resolved that the upcoming 21st Asian Roller Skating Championship represents a paramount milestone for our nation.
*To ensure we field the strongest possible contingent and secure a historic victory, we will be utilizing the 64th National Roller Skating Championship as the definitive selection ground. The long-list of Indian probables for the Asian Championship will be officially finalized during the National Championship.*
*Therefore, you are requested to immediately disseminate this crucial information to all deserving, promising, and eligible skaters, as well as their respective coaches. Let this announcement serve as an inspiring call to action, motivating every athlete to deliver their absolute best performance at the Nationals to secure their place on the prestigious long-list.*
Our ultimate objective at the Asian Championship is to pave the way for a historic, landmark triumph—one that will set a glorious benchmark for future generations of Indian athletes.
Thank you for your continued dedication, excellence, and shared vision.
Warm regards, RSFI SECRETARIAT
