Prevention of Age Fraud : Guidelines

PREVENTION OF AGE FRAUD

RSFI is fully compliant with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, National Code on prevention of age fraud etc., in addition to these, RSFI views intentional cases of age fraud as a serious offence which violates the spirit and code of Roller skating  in India. As such, penalties will be imposed of against the skaters who are found to be committing age fraud intentionally. Skaters are required to provide details during the RSFI -PSN registration process that the information provided are true and genuine to the best of my knowledge.

NATIONAL CODE ON PREVENTION OF AGE FRAUD:

As part of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports National Code Against Age Fraud in Sports (NCAAFS) on Prevention of Age Fraud, all Member units are required to ensure that  age related information of the skaters are in order. If required the skaters shall have to undergo medical examination to verify their age prior to participate in any competition/ championship and joining any training camp conducted under the aegis of RSFI.

PENALTIES FOR AGE FRAUD:

The Roller skating federation India  shall impose strictest  penalty as per RSFI guidelines if any person commits any age related fraud.

VERIFICATION DURING RSFI-PSN REGISTRATION

The RSFI would also conduct age test of the Skaters through a certified doctor/ hospital in any all India / national/ ranking championship / federation cup or any other such championship.  The Federation is open to any appeal made against age fraud.
