Celebrating a Historic Milestone for Our Special Skaters – Cash Award by the Haryana Government.

As I stated on my very first day with you: “*Deep rivers move with silent majesty; shallow brooks are noisy.* True authority requires no theater, as its presence is felt in the final resolution.”
Today, it brings me immense joy to see that our entire federation is operating under this exact principle of quiet institutional strength. We have collectively worked with quiet precision, and the undeniable truth of our success is now echoing loudly across the nation.
A shining example of this dedication comes from the *Haryana Roller Skating Association (HRSA). *The Government of Haryana recently bestowed a magnificent *₹45 Lakh cash award upon a talented Special Skater.* This historic achievement stands as a monumental milestone. It beautifully carries forward the inclusive path the Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI) first paved in *Bangalore during the 60th Diamond Jubilee Nationals, which was made possible through the invaluable support of Mr. Lakshmi Narayana and Mr. Indudhar Sitaram.*
This exceptional breakthrough is a direct result of the dedicated hard work, vision, and relentless efforts of *HRSA President Shri Amit Agrawal, General Secretary Mr. Jitender Dhingra, and Joint Secretary Shri Sandeep Goyal. *Thanks to their leadership, our Special Skaters have now started receiving the substantial financial recognition they rightfully deserve.
On behalf of the RSFI Secretariat, I extend our heartfelt gratitude, deepest appreciation, and warmest congratulations to the Haryana Roller Skating Association and its entire executive body for setting this noble precedent.
I sincerely hope that all State Associations will treat this benchmark as an inspirational milestone. Let us use this achievement to motivate our skaters and actively engage with respective state government departments to implement similar reward policies across every corner of India.
Together, let us continue to elevate the sport and support every athlete.
