It brings me immense joy to observe that every constituent unit of the RSFI Secretariat—spanning from *Ladakh to Puducherry*, and from *Manipur to Rajasthan*—is operating with absolute synergy. *Across every corner of our nation, we are speaking the same language, sharing the same ideology, and upholding a singular, solemn pledge: to completely disregard all forms of negativity and dedicate our mind, body, and resources toward a solitary mission—the growth and advancement of roller skating.*

The tangible results of this unified, quiet precision are echoing powerfully from every geographic quadrant of our country:

In *Northern India (Jammu & Kashmir):* In a monumental victory for our athletes, several talented skaters have recently secured prestigious government employment opportunities strictly on the merit of their roller skating achievements.

In *Eastern India (Manipur):* Mr. Umanand Irom is actively collaborating with the Honourable Chief Minister of Manipur to elevate the sport to unprecedented heights, with the vision of establishing the North-East region as a premier national skating hub.

In *Western India (Rajasthan):* Skaters are achieving remarkable milestones, with multiple athletes being selected for various government department vacancies based on their sports credentials. Furthermore, the Rajasthan Roller Skating Association remains fully dedicated to driving the development of Roller Derby and Roller-Inline Hockey.

In *Southern India (Puducherry)*: The Puducherry Association remains resolutely committed and is working tirelessly to successfully organize and host the upcoming 13th Ranking Championship.

It is a profoundly rewarding experience to witness similar development initiatives progressing rapidly across all other states and union territories of India. True institutional strength requires no theater, as our collective, silent dedication continues to reshape the landscape of Indian sports from coast to coast.
