Following the successful commencement of the Skateboarding, Inline Freestyle, Inline Slalom (Alpine) Inline Downhill Ranking Championship in Chandigarh, we are proud to bring you the latest highlights from the ground.
Thrill and Technique: The 72 elite skateboarders from across the nation have turned the venue into a hub of high-energy action, executing spectacular tricks, flips, and runs with phenomenal skill.
Inline Downhill Completion: The high-speed Inline Downhill events have been successfully completed, showcasing incredible control and bravery from the participating athletes.
Prestigious Medal Ceremony: The podium finishers were honored in a grand ceremony, with medals presented by distinguished dignitaries including Mr. I. P. Singh ji, Mr. Arun Walia (Chairman, RSFI), and Mrs. Sanan Mahajan (Joint Secretary, CRSA).
Administrative Recognition: The Chief Engineer of the Chandigarh Administration official visited the venue to witness the thrilling competition, interacting with and blessing the young skaters for their future endeavors.
Inspirational Mentorship: Mr. Arun Walia (Chairman, RSFI) and Mr. Saurabh Duggal (former Captain, Indian Inline Hockey Team) spent valuable time interacting closely with the athletes, offering technical insights and boosting their competitive spirit.
This dedicated championship highlights how our State and Union Territory Associations are successfully expanding specialized disciplines like skateboarding, and downhill racing, creating a structured pathway for extreme sports in India.
