Empowering Women in Roller Skating – A Step Toward Equality and Excellence.
The Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI) is proud to announce a groundbreaking initiative that aligns with our mission to promote inclusivity, equality, and excellence in the sport. Representing a nation that is home to the world’s oldest civilization and inheritor of timeless cultural values, we are inspired by the ancient wisdom: *”**यत्र* *नार्यस्तु* *पूज्यन्ते* *रमन्ते* *तत्र* *देवताः।**”* – “Where women are worshipped, honored (respected), there the divine bloom resides.”
In this spirit, the RSFI Secretariat has resolved to set a new benchmark by increasing *”women power*” in Indian roller skating. We aim to achieve gender equality by introducing, involving, and empaneling more women coaches and referees, ensuring that their voices and talents shape the future of our sport.
As we embark on this transformative journey, let us remember that “We cannot all succeed when half of us are held back.” This initiative is a bold step toward breaking barriers and creating a legacy where women are not just participants but leaders in roller skating.
To bring this vision to life, we are launching a special program dedicated to training and empowering women as coaches and referees. This program is designed to nurture talent, build confidence, and create opportunities for women to excel in these roles.
In the spirit of “*नारी* *शक्ति**”* we celebrate the strength, resilience, and potential of women. As Swami Vivekananda once said, “There is no chance for the welfare of the world unless the condition of women is improved.” This program is our humble yet determined effort to contribute to this noble cause.

To ensure the success of this program, the Federation will provide scholarships to deserving candidates, enabling them to pursue their dreams and contribute to the growth of roller skating in India.
